In order to serve you better we will be merging the operating systems of CharterBank and Neighborhood Community Bank starting with Online Banking & Bill Pay on Thursday, November 12th.
On Thursday, November 12th at approximately 12:00 noon Bill Pay will be unavailable. All scheduled payments will continue to be process as requested.
Beginning on Thursday, November 12th at 6:00 pm EST until Friday, November 19th at 6:00 pm EST Internet Banking will be available in a VIEW ONLY status. You may continue to access Online Banking until Thursday, November 19th at 6:00 pm EST by clicking:
On Monday, November 16th please begin accessing your account online at www.charterbank.net. Below is some very important information regarding your Online Banking & Bill Pay access.
- Your username will be your Social Security Number without any dashes.
- Your initial password will be the last 4 numbers of your Social Security Number. You will be required to change your password upon your initial log in.
- You will be required to read and accept the Electronic Fund Disclosure.
- You will be asked to verify or input your email address.
- If you currently have Bill Pay, you will be able to access your Bill Pay account by clicking on the Bill Pay icon.
- If you currently have EStatments, you will need to read and accept the Online Statement Disclosure in order to continue with Online Statements.
